Offerings: Hedge Fund Trading Secrets (HFTS) Workshop and Hedge Fund Trading Mastermind (HFTM) Program (collectively, the “Courses”).

 
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made towards enrollment in our Courses are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, under any circumstances whatsoever.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have carefully reviewed the Course details, inclusions, and terms before making the payment.
Once payment is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or reversals will be entertained for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Lack of time or interest
Perceived quality of content
Non-participation or inability to attend sessions
Financial difficulties or any personal circumstances
 
2. Exceptional Circumstances (Discretionary)
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment made by error through our payment gateway. Such refunds will be processed after verification and may take up to 14 working days.
No other exceptions shall apply.
 
3. Responsibility Before Purchase
It is your responsibility to:

Read the Course description and FAQs carefully.
Seek clarifications from us before making payment.
Ensure your device, internet connection, and software are adequate to access the Courses.
By enrolling, you confirm that you have made an informed decision and fully understand this strict No Refund Policy.

 
4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Attempting to dispute a payment through your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway (a “chargeback”) after accepting this Refund Policy constitutes breach of contract and fraud.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence and may pursue legal action to recover dues, along with applicable legal costs and damages.
 
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Udupi, Karnataka. Subject to arbitration, the courts in Udupi, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
